Video series exposes ongoing plan to overthrow America from within

A new video series warns than an effort to overthrow the American system already is well under way through the “civilization jihad” of the Muslim Brotherhood, with the support of key U.S. government leaders, including Barack Obama.

Radical Muslims have penetrated “team Obama,” according to the series, which examines six individuals who have been allowed into high positions. The consequent danger is “acute,” according to the video makers.

Included in the conversation are the White House, director of National Intelligence, State Department, Justice Department, the Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security and NASA.

The 10-part course, “The Muslim Brotherhood in America: The Enemy Within,” was created by the the Center for Security Policy under the direction of Frank Gaffney. It has been posted on the Web.

Unveiled are the long-term processes of subversion and deceit through which the Muslim Brotherhood and Islamic extremists have infiltrated the American government and promoted their plan to implement Islamic law, or Shariah, in the United States and around the world.

Signs of capitulation already are evident in cases such as the Fort Hood massacre. The official military description of the attack by a self-described soldier of Allah, Nidal Hasan, who allegedly killed dozens at a Texas military base while shouting Islamic slogans, was “workplace violence.”

The film outlines the Muslim practice of taqiyya – deliberate lying to advance Islam. Rather than direct conquest, the video course explains that Muslims are using “civilization jihad, a form of warfare that employs manipulative financial techniques, lawfare, infiltration of our civil institutions and government, and insidious information dominance.”

The goal is the destruction of American society and a takeover by radical Muslims.

Most shockingly, the course shows that the process of subversion includes the takeover of portions of the American conservative movement itself, including filling key positions with members of the Muslim Brotherhood. According to the Muslim Brotherhood’s own internal documents, Islamic extremists are engaged in “a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within, sabotaging its miserable house with their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

In an interview with WND, Gaffney said the course “helps break the code on why we’re losing the war jihadists are waging on America.”

“I think it responds to the real confusion Americans feel about what is going on in this country,” he said. “They see reports of individual extremists killed, but then they suffer long waits at the airport because of ineffective and nonsensical TSA screenings, hear that the Islamic shooter at Ft. Hood was just a case of ‘workplace violence,’ and find out that the Muslim Brotherhood is telling the FBI what they are and are not allowed to say and do to fight terrorism.”

FBI Director Robert Mueller met with top Muslim Brotherhood operatives earlier this year to announce that hundreds of terrorism training documents and briefings that Muslims might deem offensive would be purged from the files.

Gaffney emphasizes that the enemy is “inside the wire,” and the course “connects the dots so that the American people will know the real story.”

The course explains that even the language used by the Obama administration, “the endless apologies to people chronically offended,” are perceived by Muslims as acts of submission to Islam.

The series explain how many of the well-known Islamic groups operating now in America share the ideals of radicals abroad, including, “Islam is our creed, Allah is our objective, the prophet is our leader, the Quran is our law, jihad is our way and dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”

The strategy of the radicals includes keeping “infidels” ignorant, prohibiting “blasphemy,” demanding concessions, using educational tools, interfaith dialogue, Shariah-compliant finance, inserting Shariah into U.S. courts and placing Muslim Brotherhood partners in positions of influence.

Judge says Obama approaching totalitarianism

Napolitano says White House now 'dangerously close'

Not many weeks ago, Barack Obama announced that Congress was being uncooperative, so he would have to go it alone with executive orders to make changes he wanted for America.

Then he stated he is confident that the Supreme Court would not choose to overturn his health care law, through which the government requires Americans to buy a product approved by the federal bureaucracy or face fines.

His diminishment of two of the three co-equal branches of government has caught the attention many citizens, and now a legal expert has weighed in with a stark warning about the future of the nation.

“I think the president is dangerously close to totalitarianism,” Judge Andrew Napolitano, a Fox News analyst, said. “A few months ago he was saying the Congress doesn’t count. The Congress doesn’t mean anything. I am going to rule by decree and by administrative regulation. Now he’s basically saying the Supreme Court doesn’t count. It doesn’t matter what they think. They can’t review our legislation.

“That would leave just him as the only branch of government standing,” he said.

His comments came recently on Neil Cavuto’s program, when the discussion turned to the U.S. Supreme Court’s discussion of the unconstitutionality of Obamacare and Obama’s verbal attack on the court shortly after the oral arguments.

“I think he has some problems with understanding the Constitution, or accepting limitations on his power,” said Napolitano. “Look, they’re equal branches of government, but with respect to what the law means and what the Constitution means, the court is superior to the president.

“No president in modern times has questioned [the Supreme Court's] authority. They have questioned the way the authority has been exercised,” he said. “Not their right to make the decision.

“This is an extreme view of the Supreme Court and the Constitution, one that has not been articulated since Andrew Jackson was in the White House,” he said.

Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the state of New Jersey. He tried more than 150 jury trials during his time on the bench from 1987 to 1995, including criminal, civil, equity and family cases.

For 11 years, he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Seton Hall Law School, where he provided instruction in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Napolitano returned to private law practice in 1995 and began television broadcasting in the same year.

He’s written “Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When the Government Breaks Its Own Laws”; a New York Times bestseller, “The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land”; and “A Nation of Sheep.”

According to an extensive report in Bloomberg, Obama has been lavish with his use of executive orders.

The report cited his decision to kill work on the Keystone XL pipeline, changing the focus of deportation of illegal aliens and student loan repayment procedures.

The report noted the perspective of Tad Devine, a Democratic strategist, that such manipulation of executive power “can generate enthusiasm among Democratic voters at a time when the Republican Party base is fired up about defeating the president.”

It also cited the opinion from Gene Healy of the Cato Institute, who said, “Even the president’s supporters ought to remember that the presidency periodically changes hands and it’s undemocratic and unhealthy to lodge this much power in one person’s hands.”

Among the the most controversial of Obama’s orders is one that extends the White House’s power to seize authority in a national emergency.

The president has cited the need to mobilize technological and industrial resources “capable of meeting national defense requirements” to ensure “technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peace time and in times of national emergency.”

The executive order requires Cabinet agencies to determine military and civilian staffing levels needed and evaluate access to suppliers and materials. The goal is to have the government prepared “in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States.”

Specifically, it grants authority to Washington to tell agencies how to activate and run a National Defense Executive Reserve plan that would in many ways take control of certain segments of industry.

It was Obama’s comments about the Supreme Court that brought the issue into focus recently.

He said the justices “will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.” That’s even though Obamacare passed without any GOP support and barely passed the House by a couple of votes.

He said if the court chooses to rule on Obamacare any way other than his – it will be exhibiting “judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint.”

He continued, “The point I was making is that the Supreme Court is the final say on our Constitution and our laws, and all of us have to respect it, but it’s precisely because of that extraordinary power that the court has traditionally exercised significant restraint and deference to our duly elected legislature.”

At the Washington Post, Josh Hicks wrote, “Many of the right-leaning legal experts we talked to acknowledged that the modern Supreme Court has largely – but not entirely – shown deference to Congress when it comes to such matters. But some noted that the court has shown no such restraint when deciding whether statutes involve commerce in the first place.”

He explained, “Critics of the health law say the insurance mandate represents an entirely unique form of economic regulation that potentially warrants a new legal precedent.”

He concluded it wouldn’t be ‘necessarily true” that a court decision to reject Obamacare “would be acting in extreme fashion.”

“Some would say that invalidating an economic regulation isn’t extraordinary at all,” he said.

It’s official: Obama lives on the other side of the Looking Glass.

Not that there was any doubt based on his performance to date, but it’s nice to know that the White House has acknowledged that fantasy plays a major part of this president’s platform, policy and procedure.

To recap for the folks at home: Obama had a creepy, secret Halloween party at the White House produced by Hollywood’s head creepster, Tim Burton, which starred French resident-in-chief, Johnny “America’s a Big Dumb Puppy” Depp.

Why so secret?

Well, besides the little problem of having an anti-American expatriate like Depp at the White House, some in the president’s staff thought it might “look” bad to hold such an extravagant affair at a time that many Americans were out of work.

According to Jodi Kantor’s book, The Obamas, which publicly outed the party, “White House officials were so nervous about how a splashy, Hollywood-esque party would look to jobless Americans — or their representatives in Congress, who would soon vote on health care — that the event was not discussed publicly and Burton’s and Depp’s contributions went unacknowledged.”

In fact, as a kind of life-is-stranger-than-fiction moment, Obama stole the premise from the movie A Few Good Men, and made sure that neither Burton nor Depp showed up in official White House logs that are supposed to record such visits, according to the UK’s Daily Mail. The White House claims that entertainers don’t log-in.

“White House visitor logs from 2009 do not list any of the stars that attended the party, but there certainly were some boldfaced-names that did make the cut,” reports the Daily Mail. “Actors George Clooney and Brad Pitt (listed under his legal name of William B Pitt) both visited the hallowed halls, Mr Clooney just a month after President Obama took office and Mr Pitt for a standard tour of the building.”

But missing in the outcry is this very simple observation: The White House staff understood how bad the party would look- it looks bad with good reason, too- yet instead of doing the right thing by NOT having the party, they decided to have the party and then lie to cover it up.

It only “looks” bad if you get caught, I guess.

Here’s a follow-up question for you: What else don’t we know that “looks” bad?

It’s a question that would have little consequence except that Obama’s whole presidency is predicated on one untruth after another.

I am daily reminded of this by volumes of bad news coming from the White House.

For example, Obama is now asking Congress for the power to merge certain federal agencies, he says, in a quest to make government “smaller.” I’m sure any day he’ll start “demanding” that Congress “act quickly” so he can make government “smaller.”

Obama? Smaller government? This guy’s no longer president of anything. He’s just a cartoon caricature of Warren G. Harding with a score of Tea Pot Domes: Stimulus, Solyndra, Soros, Fast and Furious.

A Do-Nothing Congress? Try a Say-Anything President.

In February of last year Obama presented a budget that asked for roughly another $1.5 trillion in deficit spending, but by July he was “demanding” that Congress cut the deficit by raising taxes.

Here’s a tip to Obama: You want to make government smaller, stop spending money; present a balanced budget; get off the backs of business in this country and let the economy do its proper job.

Or how about this: Fire ONE person at 1) the EPA; 2) The Department of Energy; 3) the IRS; 4) the Treasury, Education, Agriculture, Labor, Interior, Health and Human Services, Justice Departments.

Making government smaller doesn’t really take an act of Congress.

But demanding that Congress give him the power to make government smaller is just another Through-the-Looking-Glass day for The Knave of Hearts.

Two television spots developed by a national investment firm specializing in U.S. gold and silver coins have been rejected by major television networks, including the Fox News Channel and the Fox Business Network, for apparently political reasons.

The ads by Phoenix-based Swiss America Trading Corp., a WND advertiser, feature President Obama and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke as animated characters engaging in the potentially inflationary policy of printing paper money with abandon to stimulate the struggling economy.

Singer Pat Boone, a spokesman for Swiss America for more than 15 years, appears in the commercials as an animated announcer who concludes that investing in gold is a prudent strategy to diversify a portfolio in inflationary times.

"The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve"

Swiss America CEO Craig Smith said the intent of the ads was not to make a political statement.

The goal, he said, "was to take what we thought was a humorous approach to a timely and important economic topic in order to advertise our company and promote a new book we've recently published."

Along with Fox News and Fox Business, the two commercials have been rejected by NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN/HLN and the Discovery Channel.

Comcast, in rejecting the spot, told Swiss America that it "does not meet our standards on public symbol."

Comcast's Public Symbol Policy specifies that the "use of the name or likeness of the President of the United States and/or the Presidential Seal for endorsing commercial purposes must be authorized by the White House."

Fox News said the "representation of public figures is something we try to avoid."

CNN/HLN told Swiss America the commercials were "not appropriate for the current landscape."

"The networks' reaction shocked me," Smith said. "It's a threat to First Amendment rights when a commercial message is rejected not because it is inaccurate or misleading, but because it makes what is perceived to be a political statement the networks want to avoid."

Smith told WND he was concerned that the networks were protecting Obama and Bernanke.

"All we are saying in these two commercials is what dozens of responsible professional economists are saying every day," Smith said. "Gold investment as a responsible diversification strategy when governments printing of fiat currencies with abandon risk unleashing inflationary principles."

Only Google TV accepted the commercials, for broadcast on the DISH Network and Direct TV satellite networks.

Google TV has planned a test in which the two ads will be broadcast 1,132 times on the DISH Network and Direct TV from Dec. 5, 2011, through Jan. 12, 2012.

Ironically, the Swiss America ads will be seen nationally via Google TV on many of the major networks that have refused to air them. While cable subscribers to Fox News and CNN/HLN will not see the ads, for example, subscribers to the DISH Network or Direct TV will see them on those networks during the test period.

"The silver lining," said Smith "is that many of the television and cable networks who told us 'no' have come back saying 'yes' to Google TV, which will begin broadcasting the two commercials next week. We are very thankful to Google TV for helping us keep free speech alive on the television airwaves."

In June, Smith and co-author Lowell Ponte published "The Inflation Deception: Six Ways Government Tricks Us … and Seven Ways to Stop It!" in a paperback edition.

"Welcome to the 'inflatocracy' – our new form of government of, by, and for inflation – in which deliberately debasing our money has become a tool of mind manipulation, wealth distribution, and secret taxation," the publicity for the book on Amazon.com reads.

The first Swiss America commercial, seen below, plays off the theme "Helicopter Ben," a nickname Wall Street has conferred upon Bernanke for his reputation of "helicoptering" into financial crises to dump money on a problem.

The second Swiss America commercial, seen below, evokes imagery from the classic movie "The Wizard of Oz" to portray Bernanke and Obama as "financial wizards" hiding as "the men behind the door" in an inflationary scheme to solve economic problems by printing money.

Ray Griggs, the producer of the 2010 feature film documentary "I Want Your Money," a critical examination of the Obama administration's economic policies, produced the two Swiss America commercials.

President Obama's faith adviser, Eboo Patel, blasted what he called the "myths" of America – describing them as beliefs that the country is "a land of freedom and equality and justice."

Patel explained how he used the "faith-based movement" to channel his rage at America "in a direction far more compassionate and far more merciful."

Patel, a Muslim activist from Chicago, further implied that had he grown up in the 1960s, he may have joined the Weather Underground terrorist group led by William Ayers.

Like Obama, Patel is deeply tied to Ayers, WND has learned.

Here's the rundown on Obama's ties to "communists, socialists and other anti-American extremists" – all in "The Manchurian President."

In February 2010, Obama named Patel to his Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships.

Patel is the founder and executive director of Chicago-based Interfaith Youth Core, which says it promotes pluralism by teaming people of different faiths on service projects.

In a 2007 interview with NPR to promote a book he wrote that year, Patel was asked about his "affinity" toward the radicalism of Ayers, as described in the book.

Patel replied that his own life story "is much closer to Bill Ayers," explaining he "grew up in the same hometown" that Ayers did.

Continued Patel: "I was kind of taught the same myths about America, a land of freedom and equality and justice, et cetera, et cetera."

"And then, when I got to college, I saw people eating out of garbage cans for dinner, and I saw Vietnam vets drinking mouthwash for the alcohol, and I thought to myself, this is not the myth that I grew up with. And, in a way, I was so, I think, immature at that time politically, that all I could do was rage."

Patel explained how he used religion to channel his rage toward America:

"And it was a faith-based movement that came into my life that kind of directed that rage in a direction far more compassionate and far more merciful."

Obama's faith adviser went on to say how he may have joined Ayers' terrorist group if he was around as an activist in the 1960s.

"One of the things that I write about in this book is, you know, had it been one of the people involved in the Weather Underground, who were sitting at my kitchen table when I was 18 years old and raging, my life could have been very different," he said.

"That I really thank God that it was a set of people who came into my life with a very clear vision of justice. But a sense of justice emanating from Divine Mercy."

Patel has a much deeper relationship with Ayers than he admitted in the NPR interview.

In 2005, he co-authored a book with Ayers' adopted son, Chesa Boudin.

The book, "Letters from Young Activists: Today's Rebels Speak Out," was co-written by several young radicals, including Ismail Khalidi, the son of Columbia University Professor Rashid Khalidi.

WND was first to report on Obama's close relationship with Khalidi, who has been tied to the Palestinian Liberation Organization and who has described Israel as a "racist" state with an "apartheid" system.

The preface of Patel's 2005 book, meanwhile, was written by Ayers' wife, Weather Underground co-founder Bernardine Dohrn.

Dohrn describes the book as "a clarion call of hope, defiance, critical analysis, humor, irony, and self-conscious insistence that the queer, the Palestinian, the immigrant, the privileged, the children of prisoners and hip-hopsters have arrived."

The back cover of the book boasts an endorsement from Mumia Abu-Jamal, the convicted cop-killer and former member of the Black Panther Party.

On the acknowledgments page, Patel and co-authors thank Ayers himself for "guidance" and "encouragement."

Hamas co-conspirator

Patel is part of the official speaker's bureau of the Islamic Society of North America, an unindicted co-conspirator in a scheme to raise money for Hamas.

From his own comments, Patel apparently is a member of ISNA. Upon the August 2007 election of the group's president, Ingrid Mattson, Patel told USA Today, "I'm proud to have her elected as my president."

Patel also served last year on a panel at ISNA's annual convention in Washington, D.C.

He has written columns for the Washington Post and Huffington Post that promote ISNA events.

Ground Zero mosque

Patel is also tied to Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf, the controversial Islamic leader behind the proposed $100 million, 13-story Islamic cultural center and mosque two blocks from the site of the 9/11 attacks.

Rauf wrote the afterword to Patel's 2006 book, "Building the Interfaith Youth Movement: Beyond Dialogue to Action."

Patel is listed as one of 15 "Muslim Leaders of Tomorrow" on the website for the American Society for Muslim Advancement, which is led by Rauf.

In Patel's 2007 book, "Saving Each Other, Saving Ourselves," he recounts discussing with Rauf the future of Islam in the U.S.

Rauf "understood the vision immediately and suggested that I visit him and his wife, Daisy Khan, at their home the following evening," Patel recalled.

Khan founded the society with her husband and has aided him in his plans for the mosque near Ground Zero.

"The living room of their apartment on the Upper West Side was set up like a mosque, with prayer rugs stretched from wall to wall," wrote Patel in his book.

Continued Patel: "I arrived at dusk, prayed the maghrib prayer with Daisy and Imam Feisal and then talked with them about how America, with its unique combination of religious devotion and religious diversity, was the ideal place for a renewal of Islam.

"In the 20th century, Catholicism and Judaism underwent profound transformations in America," Patel observed. "I think, this century, in America, Islam will do the same."

'Critical mass' of Muslims in U.S.

"Islam is a religion that has always been revitalized by its migration," Patel wrote. "America is a nation that has been constantly rejuvenated by immigrants. There is now a critical mass of Muslims in America."

Patel last March wrote a Huffington Post piece referring to Obama's former "green jobs" czar Van Jones as a "faith hero."

"In my last post on Van, I called him an American patriot," wrote Patel. "That is high praise in my book. But watching Van's speech at the NAACP, I have another title for him, one that I reserve for the true giants of history. Van Jones is a faith hero."

Jones resigned in September after it was exposed he founded a communist revolutionary organization and signed a statement that accused the Bush administration of possible involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks. Jones also called for "resistance" against the U.S.

Jones previously stated his advocacy for green jobs was part of a broader movement to destroy the U.S. capitalist system.

WND reported that one day after the Sept. 11 attacks, Jones led a vigil that expressed solidarity with Arab and Muslim Americans as well as what he called the victims of "U.S. imperialism" around the world.

If you could spend vast amounts of other people's money just by saying a few magic words, wouldn't you be tempted to do it? Barack Obama has spent hundreds of billions of dollars of the taxpayers' money just by using the magic words "stimulus" and "jobs."

It doesn't matter politically that the stimulus is not actually stimulating and that the unemployment rate remains up near double-digit levels, despite all the spending and all the rhetoric about jobs. And of course nothing negative will ever matter to those who are part of the Obama cult, including many in the media.

But, for the rest of us, there is a lot to think about in the economic disaster that we are in.

Not only has all the runaway spending and rapid escalation of the deficit to record levels failed to make any real headway in reducing unemployment, all this money pumped into the economy has also failed to produce inflation. The latter is a good thing in itself but its implications are sobering.

How can you pour trillions of dollars into the economy and not even see the price level go up significantly? Economists have long known that it is not just the amount of money, but also the speed with which it circulates, that affects the price level.

Last year the Wall Street Journal reported that the velocity of circulation of money in the American economy has plummeted to its lowest level in half a century. Money that people don't spend does not cause inflation. It also does not stimulate the economy.

The current issue of Bloomberg Businessweek has a feature article about businesses that are just holding on to huge sums of money. They say, for example, that the pharmaceutical company Pfizer is holding on to $26 billion. If so, there should not be any great mystery as to why they don't invest it.

With the Obama administration being on an anti-business kick, boasting of putting their foot on some business' neck, and the president talking about putting his foot on another part of the anatomy, with Congress coming up with more and more red tape, more mandates and more heavy-handed interventions in businesses, would you risk $26 billion that you might not even be able to get back, much less make any money on the deal?

Pfizer is not unique. Banks have cut back on lending, despite all the billions of dollars that were dumped into them in the name of "stimulus." Consumers have also cut back on spending.

For the first time, more gold is being bought as an investment to be held as a hedge against a currently non-existent inflation than is being bought by the makers of jewelry. There may not be any inflation now, but eventually that money is going to start moving, and so will the price level.

Despite a big decline in the amount of gold used to make jewelry, the demand for gold as an investment has risen so steeply as to more than make up for the reduced demand for gold jewelry, and has in fact pushed the price of gold to record high levels.

What does all this say? That people don't know what to expect next from this administration, which seldom lets a month go by without some new anti-business laws, policies or rhetoric.

When you hire somebody in this environment, you know what you have agreed to pay them and what additional costs there may be for their health insurance or other benefits. But you have no way of knowing what additional costs the politicians in Washington are going to impose, when they are constantly coming up with new bright ideas for imposing more mandates on business.

One of the little noticed signs of what is going on has been the increase in the employment of temporary workers. Businesses have been increasingly meeting their need for labor by hiring temporary workers and working their existing employees overtime, instead of hiring new people.

Why? Because temporary workers usually don't get health insurance or other benefits, and working existing employees overtime doesn't add to the cost of their benefits.

There is no free lunch-- and the biggest price of all is paid by people who are unemployed because politicians cannot leave the economy alone to recover, as the American economy has repeatedly recovered faster when left alone than when politicians decided that they have to "do something."
